The other night, getting ready to take a bath, Mary Claire yelled to me, "Look Mom - I can dance and get undressed at the same time." Uh oh.

Sloane celebrated her 2nd birthday by opening her gifts, eating cake and doing somersaults with Gama!

I'm not quite sure how Mary Claire is pulling this off becuase, as much as I love it when Sloane cuddles with me like this, it feels like there is a cement block on my chest.

Art With Heart Preview

For the first time, Art With Heart, a group I volunteer on, previewed much of the art we'll auction off in Feb. in support of United Family Services' domestic violence programs. Many, many hours of babysitters contributed to my being able to work on this event.

Happy New Year!

Here are some of the latest pics we've gotten from Colorado. It has been brutally cold there and Mary Claire has held up like a champ. We miss her so much but love that she has had the chance to ski, iceskate and snowshoe.
